Detective Constable Lianne Gilbert experienced a severe data breach in 2022 when intimate images, medical records, and other sensitive information from her phone were shared with the male colleague she accused of rape. This breach, part of an investigation into her 2020 rape allegation, led to Gilbert suffering PTSD and other health issues.
