💨 Abstract
Val Kilmer was set to play Father Fintan in "As Deep as the Grave," a role tailored for him, but his throat cancer prevented him from acting. The film, directed by Coerte Voorhees, used AI to recreate Kilmer's likeness and voice, with the support of his family. The movie, starring Abigail Lawrie and Tom Felton, tells the story of archaeologists Ann and Earl Morris and their work in Arizona.
