💨 Abstract
The author describes a two-year journey of dismissing severe abdominal pain, initially attributing it to trapped wind. After multiple painful episodes and delays in seeking medical help due to embarrassment, an ultrasound revealed a large gallstone and inflamed gallbladder. Despite initial misdiagnoses and a lengthy process, the author underwent a successful gallbladder removal surgery. The experience has made the author more proactive about their health, emphasizing the importance of seeking medical attention for persistent symptoms.
