Crystal Dynamics is reportedly developing a new "Lord of the Rings" game, aiming to rival "Hogwarts Legacy." This follows a series of underwhelming titles since "Middle-earth: Shadow of War" in 2017. The game, in development for some time, is an action title with a significant scope and funding of around $100 million from the Abu Dhabi Investment Office.
