💨 Abstract
Researchers from ETH Zurich, the University of Zurich, and the University of Bern have developed a semi-autonomous robotic 'dog' explorer, ANYmal, designed to investigate extreme environments like the moon and Mars more efficiently. Unlike traditional rovers, ANYmal can autonomously move through multiple targets, collect data, and identify various rock types relevant to planetary science.
