💨 Abstract

Noah Sibanda, 14 months old and non-verbal, died at a nursery after being forced to sleep face down and pinned by a staff member. His mother, Masi, had no concerns during his half-year attendance, except for a lack of Vaseline for his nappy rash. On December 9, she was called to the nursery to find Noah unresponsive.
