💨 Abstract
Jason Trundle, an unofficial carer, was convicted of murdering Leon Pratt, a disabled man, in Telford, Shropshire. Pratt's body was found decomposing in his bed after neighbors raised the alarm. Trundle admitted to manslaughter but denied murder, claiming Pratt had died naturally. However, a post-mortem revealed significant injuries. Trundle was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 19 years.
