💨 Abstract
A Russian artist, Semyon Skrepetsky, was shot dead in Poland after criticizing Vladimir Putin and other leaders through his satirical artwork. Skrepetsky, known for portraying Putin as a bloodthirsty dictator, was gunned down near the Belarus border after receiving threats. Polish police suspect political motives and are investigating the murder as a planned assassination. The opposition channel Nexta Live suggested the killing was ordered by Russia.
