💨 Abstract
Jesy Nelson has withdrawn from "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!" to care for her twin daughters, who were diagnosed with type 1 spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in January. Nelson, 35, had hoped to raise awareness for SMA but decided to prioritize her children's health. ITV has been supportive, and Nelson has been campaigning for SMA to be included in newborn screening tests.
