💨 Abstract

The family of Henry Nowak, a teenager who was handcuffed by police while dying from stab wounds, has spoken publicly for the first time. Henry was stabbed five times by Vickrum Digwa, who claimed he was the victim of a racist attack. Police handcuffed Henry for about a minute before realizing his severe injuries. Henry's family expressed their shock and grief, with his stepmother Katie recalling the moment police arrived at their home.
