đź’¨ Abstract
Hims & Hers, a telehealth company, confirmed a data breach affecting its third-party customer service platform. Between February 4 and 7, hackers accessed support tickets containing personal information such as names, contact details, and potentially sensitive healthcare data. The breach was due to a social engineering attack. The company did not disclose the exact amount of data stolen or if ransom demands were made. This incident highlights the vulnerability of customer support systems to financially motivated hackers.
