Radify Metals, a startup, aims to disrupt the rare earth metals industry by using plasma technology to refine metals more cleanly and flexibly. Unlike traditional methods, Radify's process produces only water vapor as waste. The company has raised nearly $3 million and is currently refining its technology in California. Radify's method could reduce costs and increase resilience against price volatility, potentially challenging China's dominance in the rare earth metals market.
