💨 Abstract
After the 2025 Pahalgam terror attack, India and Pakistan strained relations led both countries to put bilateral agreements in abeyance, India with the Indus Waters Treaty and Pakistan with all bilateral treaties. Amidst tensions, a key agreement that has endured for 34 years is the 1988 India-Pakistan Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack Against Nuclear Installations and Facilities.
