💨 Abstract
In 2025, India significantly expanded its trade partnerships, announcing three new free trade agreements (FTAs) and signing two more with the UK and Oman. Key deals include the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), which reduces tariffs on Indian exports and benefits sectors like textiles and automobiles. The India-Oman CEPA provides duty-free access for 96% of Indian tariff lines and secures raw marble imports.
