India has officially established the Global Biofuels Alliance (GBA) Secretariat in India by signing a Host Country Agreement (HCA) with the GBA. The agreement was signed by Indian officials and the Interim Director General of the GBA, allowing the Secretariat to have a combination of Indian and international staff.
