India's foreign exchange reserves have reached a new high of $704.885 billion, surpassing the $700 billion mark for the first time. This increase was reported by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in the week ending September 27, following a rise of $12.588 billion. The foreign exchange reserves are sufficient to cover over a year of projected imports.
