West Bengal's unincorporated sector enterprises show strong growth, with the state topping in the number of workers engaged in manufacturing and other services. The state also leads in female-headed establishments and female workers in the unincorporated sector. These findings were presented in the Annual Survey of Unincorporated Sector Enterprises (ASUSE) 2023-24.
