💨 Abstract
Russia has promised to supply Cuba with approximately 80,000 tons of diesel fuel worth $60 million to aid in the island's energy crisis following the collapse of its electric grid due to Hurricane Rafael. Russia's Deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Chernyshenko, made the announcement, stating that the assistance is meant to help in the current energy sector crisis. Cuba's energy grid has failed several times in the past month.
