During a 15-day campaign against drunken driving in Himachal Pradesh, police arrested 478 violators and issued 1,848 challans for driving under the influence of alcohol. This is a significant increase from the average of 390 challans issued in the past. Strict enforcement measures led to the arrest of 478 individuals, with Solan district recording the most challans and arrests.
