The Congress has demanded a thorough investigation into discrepancies found in some Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) during the Haryana assembly polls. They claim that EVMs were found functioning at 99% battery capacity while the average was 60-70%, and this could potentially alter results. A delegation of Congress leaders met with Election Commission officials to present specific complaints from various constituencies. The EC has promised to look into the matter.
