💨 Abstract
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has unveiled a plan to develop a port-based economy along the state's 1,000 km coastline, establishing ports or fishing harbours every 50 km. The initiative aims to boost economic growth, create jobs, and enhance infrastructure, including a major Ship Building and Repair Cluster in Nellore district, spanning 2,000 acres.
