💨 Abstract
In Jharkhand's Lohardaga district, a 30-year-old man named Sagir Ansari was trampled to death by a wild elephant on Tuesday night. In response, villagers blocked the Ranchi-Rourkela Highway on Wednesday, protesting the alleged negligence of the forest department, which had failed to address the elephant herds causing damage for the past 20 days.
