💨 Abstract
The army officer and his fiancée, who were allegedly tortured and sexually assaulted in police custody in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, appeared before a judicial commission probing the case. The commission has summoned 16 people, including the army officer, his fiancée, and the accused police officers. The suspended police inspector and others did not appear before the commission, but underwent polygraphy tests in Gujarat.
