In Bihar, Buxar district, three religious preachers were accused of assaulting villagers who attempted to halt their alleged conversion of local women. The incident occurred in Simri area, where a video showing the preachers removing vermilion from women's foreheads and making crosses on their heads after ordering them to bathe in the Ganges went viral on social media.
