On October 1st, the body of 40-year-old banker Sushant Chakravarti was found on the seashore in Navi Mumbai. He had jumped off the trans-harbor Atal Setu, a bridge connecting south Mumbai with Navi Mumbai, the previous Monday. Chakravarti, a deputy manager at a nationalized bank, was under work pressure, according to his wife.
