💨 Abstract
For nine consecutive nights, India and Pakistan have been engaging in small arms firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir, resulting in no casualties. The skirmishes are in violation of the ceasefire agreement and have been initiated by Pakistan. The firing, which mostly occurred on the LoC, has only once involved the International Border (IB). Tensions are high following a terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 people.
