💨 Abstract

A 19-year-old student from Manipur accused a Delhi cab driver, associated with an online aggregator, of attempting to rape her. She claims the police handled her complaint leniently, filing minor charges that allowed the driver an easy bail. The student alleged that the driver, Vinod, was a different person as shown in the online portal, and the police were indifferent and unresponsive.
