💨 Abstract
A special PMLA court in Mumbai discharged a bullion trader, Chandrakant Patel, and five others from an over Rs 84 crore gold purchase scam. The court, led by judge Ajay Daga, found no predicate offense, following a 2022 CBI court closure report, thereby dismissing ED's money laundering charges.
