💨 Abstract
The Supreme Court of India on Tuesday sought a response from Uttarakhand authorities regarding a contempt plea over the demolition of a registered dargah (shrine) in Dehradun. The dargah, Dargah Hazrat Kamal Shah, was demolished overnight on April 25-26, despite a court order from April 17 prohibiting the denotification or alteration of waqf properties.
