💨 Abstract
The Delhi High Court has rejected TMC MP Saket Gokhale's sealed apology, stating he delayed compliance with a July 2024 judgment. The court ordered him to apologize publicly on his social media and in a newspaper within two weeks, following a contempt plea by former diplomat Lakshmi Murdeshwar Puri.
