💨 Abstract
A Delhi court granted BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj a final chance to respond to AAP leader Satyendar Jain's defamation case. Jain had challenged a trial court's refusal to consider his complaint, alleging that Swaraj made defamatory remarks during a TV interview, falsely claiming the recovery of cash and gold from his house and calling him "corrupt" and a "fraud."
