💨 Abstract
A Delhi court has overturned an order that restricted the foreign travel of a husband’s parents in a domestic violence case. The judge ruled that after a divorce decree, no reliefs other than compensation can be sought. The original order, which required the parents to provide travel details and fixed deposits, was deemed unwarranted. The sessions court concluded that compensation could be secured through attachment, making the travel restrictions unnecessary.
