💨 Abstract
The Directorate of Education (DoE) in Delhi ordered DPS Dwarka to immediately reinstate 32 students who were removed over a fee dispute, stating the school violated court orders by hiking fees and discriminating against students. The DoE found several irregularities during an inspection, including unapproved fee collections and inappropriate actions against students. Over 100 parents had approached the High Court, alleging coercive tactics and requesting government intervention.
