A fire occurred in a cluster of shops in Thane district, Maharashtra, at 2.22 am on Saturday. Four shops, including three furniture shops and a scrap materials shop, were destroyed, and no injuries were reported. A gas cylinder at the site also exploded during the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
