💨 Abstract
India's first human space flight, Gaganyaan, has been delayed from the original schedule in 2022 to the first quarter of 2027. The delay is due to the need to master complex technologies and Covid-19 related training issues for astronauts. The first uncrewed mission is expected later this year, followed by two more in 2026.
