💨 Abstract

In Patan, Gujarat, 15 second-year medical students were arrested and charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder after a junior died due to ragging. The students allegedly made their juniors stand in a hostel room for over three hours and subjected them to mental and physical torture. The victim, Anil Methaniya, fell unconscious and died. The incident took place at GMERS Medical College and Hospital.
