💨 Abstract
The Mumbai Regional Meteorological Centre has forecasted heavy rain, thunder, and strong winds in parts of Maharashtra from May 21 to May 24. Scientists expect this weather also to impact Mumbai. A low-pressure area is set to form in the Arabian Sea near the Karnataka coast around May 22, intensifying and moving northward. Wind speeds may reach 30-40 kmph, with higher speeds possible in some areas.
