💨 Abstract
In Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, a man named Vinay Kumar was tricked out of Rs 20,000 by a woman who claimed to be a social worker helping underprivileged women get married. After receiving the money, the woman stopped responding to Kumar's calls. Kumar filed a complaint at the Barmana police station, and DSPD Madan Dhiman confirmed the investigation is ongoing. Other victims of similar fraud have also come forward.
