💨 Abstract
Indra, a Spanish defense and technology company, has decided to explore selling a stake in its Minsait Payments business. The move follows a plan in March to increase the autonomy of Minsait, a part of which is Minsait Payments, and open its ownership to new strategic investors. In August, buyout fund Cinven reportedly offered between 500 million euros and 600 million euros for Minsait Payments.
