💨 Abstract
On May 18, 2025, the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) inaugurated the first field hospital for livestock in Sitagaon, Chhattisgarh, a region affected by Naxal violence. This free facility aims to serve around 12,000 animals from 20 villages, addressing the local community's reliance on livestock for income and livelihood.
