💨 Abstract
A Kolkata Police constable, Mintu Sarkar, was arrested for allegedly orchestrating the robbery of Rs 2.66 crore from two employees of a private foreign exchange company in the Entally area on May 5. The employees were traveling in a taxi to deposit the money in a bank. Two unidentified individuals intercepted the taxi and escaped with the money. The detective department of the Kolkata Police has apprehended six suspects, including a firm staff member, and the investigation continues.
