💨 Abstract
In Delhi, approximately 70% of the 59 lakh domestic electricity consumers pay bills ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 2000. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) claims it's the first to provide free 200 units of electricity and 50% subsidy on 400 units. The BJP alleges a small percentage benefits from the scheme, while a large majority pays high tariffs.
