💨 Abstract
The Maharashtra government will deploy mobile vans with social worker teams to rehabilitate street children. The initiative, approved by the cabinet, includes medical check-ups, counseling, and educational support. The pilot project in five cities reached 12,000 children, providing services to nearly 4,000. The state will now roll out 31 mobile vans across 29 municipal corporations with a budget of ₹8.06 crore.
