đź’¨ Abstract
A four-storey residential building collapsed in northeast Delhi at around 3 am on Saturday, trapping several people under the rubble. Eleven people have been rescued alive, four have been declared dead, and many remain trapped. The collapse may have been triggered by ongoing construction work on the ground floor. Residents are concerned about the structural condition of nearby buildings due to seepage of wastewater into the walls for years, causing cracks.
