The Calcutta High Court granted bail, on strict conditions, to former Trinamool Congress youth leader Kuntal Ghosh, one of the prime accused in a primary school recruitment scam case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Ghosh will not be released immediately due to a pending CBI case. He was directed to furnish a bond of Rs 10 lakh, surrender his passport, and make mandatory court appearances.
