💨 Abstract

The NGO National Platform for the Rights of the Disabled claims that prolonged imprisonment and inadequate medical care worsened former DU professor and disability rights activist G N Saibaba's pre-existing health issues, leading to his untimely death. Saibaba, who had multiple severe health conditions, died at a state-run hospital in Hyderabad seven months after being acquitted in a Maoist links case.
