💨 Abstract
The Uttar Pradesh government reported that 1.26 lakh disadvantaged children were enrolled in private schools free of charge under the Right to Education (RTE) Act, which is 68% of the 1,85,675 allocated seats. Out of 3.35 lakh applications, 2.52 lakh were approved, and 1.86 lakh children were placed in schools.
