💨 Abstract

Himachal Pradesh experienced light to moderate rain and snow since March 4, with Kothi recording the highest snowfall of 33 cm. Several roads in high altitude and tribal areas are closed due to the snowfall, and restoration operations are ongoing. Intermittent rains were also reported in several parts of the state. Two locals with serious medical issues were airlifted from remote villages by a helicopter company.
