💨 Abstract
The Kerala High Court ruled that sexual intercourse or exhibiting a naked body before a minor constitutes sexual harassment under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The judgment was made in a case where a man was accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor's mother and then beating up the boy, who witnessed the act.
