💨 Abstract
A 19-year-old Pune student, arrested for reposting a social media critique of the Indian government's stance on Indo-Pak hostilities, challenged her college's decision to rusticate her in the Bombay High Court. The student, from Sinhgad Academy of Engineering, argues that the college's action was arbitrary and violated her fundamental rights, as she was not given a chance to defend herself.
